PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new medicinal applications using MITF variant. SOLUTION: This apoptosis inducer of mast cell comprises a fused protein composed of PTD and MITF variant and optionally HisTag as an active ingredient. In the fused protein composed of HisTag, PTD and MITF variant, the MITF variant is a mi variant, a wh variant or a bHLH-Zip fragment of MITF. The fused protein of the present invention has such action as to inhibit activity of endogenous MITF, inhibit differentiation of mast cell from a precursor cell, inhibit survival of mast cell and induce apoptosis into mature mast cell. |
