PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light tennis racket which is improved in vibration damping property with an enlarged sweet area. SOLUTION: The tennis racket 1 is provided with a racket frame 2 made of a fiber reinforcing resin. In the tennis racket 1, a vibration damping ratio ξ1 in an out-of-place first-order vibration mode is >=0.8% and <=1.5%, a vibration damping ratio ξ2 in an out-of-plane secondary vibration mode is >=1.5% and <=3.0% and also the value of a ξ2/ξ1 ratio is >=1.0 and <=3.0. |
