PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine where exchange work of a direction means and a direction control means can be easily conducted. SOLUTION: A game is started by setting a betting number for one game, one game is completed by deriving and displaying the display result of a variable display device which can change a display state and prescribed prize- winning can occur in response to the display result of the variable display device in the slot machine. The slot machine is provided with a game control means for controlling the progress of the game, the directing means 135 for conducting direction concerning the progress of the game and the direction control means 201 for controlling the directing means 135. The directing means 135 and the direction control means 201 are attached in a mutually integrated state to a prescribed place of a case which constitutes the slot machine.
