PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform simultaneous broadcasting only to a floor under one's charge from a handy nurse terminal by assigning a main line for a child machine connected with a nurse call child machine and the handy nurse terminal under one's charge on every floor. SOLUTION: When on every main line L1a, L2a, L3a and L4a for the child machine connected with the nurse call child machines 1a, 1b,..., 2a, 2b,..., 3a, 3b,... and 4a, 4b..., the floor, the nurse call child machines, nurse call parent machines 11, 12, 13 and 14 and handy nurse terminals 21a, 21b,..., 22a, 22b,..., 23a, 23b,... and 24a, 24b,... are assigned to make it possible to call and talk among the nurse call child machines and the nurse call parent machines and the handy nurse terminals, numbers of the handy nurse terminals in charge of each of the main lines of the child machines are recorded in a nurse call control machine and a table for connecting with the nurse call child machines through the main lines of the child machines under one's charge in accordance with calling from the handy nurse terminal and performing simultaneous broadcasting on every floor is provided.
