PURPOSE: A closing and opening method for a cap of a bottle using a drawing appliance is provided to facilitate the use and package of a cork cap using a complete automatic machine. CONSTITUTION: A cork is inserted into inner side wall rim of a plastic cap and is firmly attached thereto by an adhesive in order to complete an upper cork cap(3). A turning device(2) is located at the lower side within a bottle neck(11), and a concave-convex portion of an outer side wall rim of the plastic cap is coupled to a concave-convex portion of the turning device while inserting the upper cork cap into a bottle mouth. In this way, the bottle is able to be sealed in manual.
