PURPOSE: A dual power supply device of an on-chip power system is provided to supply power to each unit regardlessly of an abnormal operation of a DC/DC converter of a unit by dualizing a power supply path. CONSTITUTION: A power distribution portion(220) distributes inputted DC power to the first and the second units(230,240). The first and the second units(230,240) include the first and the second DC/DC converters(235,245), respectively. The first comparison circuit(247) is used for comparing an output of the first DC/DC converter(235) of the first unit(230) with an output of the second DC/DC converter(245) of the second unit(240). The DC/DC converter(245) of the second unit(240) is determined as an abnormal state if the output of the DC/DC converter(245) of the second unit(240) does not belong to a range of margin of the first comparison circuit(247). Accordingly, the output of the DC/DC converter(245) of the first unit(230) is used as an input of the corresponding unit by the first comparison circuit(247) if the output of the DC/DC converter(245) of the second unit(240) is in the abnormal state.
