PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical energy irradiator that helps easily and accurately set a site of biological tissue as a target of energy irradiation when a doctor is treating prostatomegaly, using a medical energy irradiator. SOLUTION: A type figure (a) is one showing a case where a doctor observes with an endoscope 135 in an arrangement (b) in which the doctor inserts an applicator 110 up to the gal bladder 161 and the endoscope 135 is fixed near the entrance of the urethra. The verumontanum 144 that can be observed from a side observation window 130 is observed in the lower portion of an observed image (lower part of the type figure) and a positioning marker 140 in the application is observed in the upper portion of the observed image (upper part of the type figure). The medical doctor can accurately determine a laser light irradiation position from the verumontanum 144 to be observed and the position of the positioning marker 140 and the irradiation direction of laser light from the position of a direction marker 142.
