PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for collecting dog's droppings with which the dog's droppings can be hygienically collected by separating a part directly coming into contact with the dog's droppings from the hand and making it removable. SOLUTION: Dog's droppings are directly collected without dropping them on the ground by installing bag-attaching parts A, B constituted by overlapping two rings at the top end of a grip and installing a bag to the bag-attaching parts A, B.
