PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing recyclable aggregate using an ultra sand roller mill are provided to manufacture recyclable aggregate for engineering and construction works by using waste concrete that is a construction waste. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing recyclable aggregate using an ultra sand roller mill comprises the steps of a) supplying construction waste mixed with various foreign materials into the dry type screen (03) through a hopper (01) and a vibrating feeder (02); b) primarily removing earth from the raw materials supplied from the step a) using a two step dry type vibrating screen (03); c) manually removing large foreign materials from the earth removed waste concrete and injecting the waste concrete into a first pressing type crusher; d) crushing the primarily foreign material removed waste concrete using the first pressing type crusher; e) secondly removing foreign materials from the crushed concrete using a fan (F1), and primarily removing magnetic materials from the waste concrete using a belt magnetic separator (M1); f) secondly removing earth using a dry type screen (06) and thirdly removing foreign materials using fan (F2) and magnetic separator (M2) from the crushed concrete; g) fourthly removing foreign materials from the crushed concrete in a sorting machine (07), dehydrating the removed foreign materials using a dehydrator (09), and dehydrating the sorted crushed concrete using a dehydrator (08); h) crushing the sorted and transferred concrete using a second pressing type crusher(10); i) thirdly removing magnetic materials from the crushed concrete using a magnetic separator (M3), and injecting the magnetic material removed crushed concrete into a U.S. roller mill(12); j) removing magnetic materials from the milled concrete using a fourth magnetic separator (M4), and passing the magnetic material removed milled concrete through a two step wet vibrating screen(13), the U.S. roller mill and a fourth fan (F4); k) transferring grains in the slurry state passing the screen(13) to a multiple classifier(14); l) producing recyclable sand by passing sand and turbid water in the slurry state through the multiple classifier(14) and a dehydrator(15); m) transferring sludge turbid water to a thickener(17) through a sludge catchment and pumping unit(16); n) coagulation concentrating the sludge using a coagulant supplied from a coagulant injector(21) before supplying the concentrated sludge into a sludge storage tank(19); o) disposing the cake after dehydrating the concentrated sludge using a filter press(20); p) recovering and storing the water purified in the step o) and the water purified in the step n) in a supplement water tank(18); and q) automatically controlling main machines and equipment of the whole system in a control room.
