PURPOSE: A waist supporter is provided to keep a correct carriage by wearing around a waist portion of a human body, allow people to sit on the floor of a room or on a chair comfortably for a long time and prevent diseases such as lumbar disc by making them always sit at a correct carriage. CONSTITUTION: A waist supporting unit(10) supports the waist of a human body and has a certain cushion. Two under-knee supporting units(20) support both under-knee parts and have a certain cushion. A connecting unit(30) connects the under-knee supporting units(20) at both sides of the waist supporting unit(10). An engaging unit(40) is mounted at the connecting unit(30) and adjusts the length of the connecting unit(30).
