PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed a prescribed quantity of medical fluid into a needle-less syringe surely and to facilitate the feeding operation in the case of having to make an injection a plurality of times repeatedly everyday as the case with the patient of diabetes. SOLUTION: The needle-less syringe consists of a plurality of blocks of front block 10 and a rear block 20 for feeding the prescribed quantity of the medical fluid into a disposal syringe by rotate-moving one of the blocks. In the needle-less syringe, a numerical scale 17 for displaying the quantity of the medical fluid is provided at both of the blocks 10 and 20 or one of them, marker recess parts 16 on a surface are formed at the position of the scale 17 or in the neighborhood, and a coloring means for giving a color different from the surface color of the part 16 at or in the neighborhood of the scale 17 corresponding to a prescribed quantity to constitute a fluid feeding memory 25 for previously and optionally storing the rotate-moving position corresponding to a prescribed quantity to be used constantly. |
