PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for loosening boiled-up noodles before being packed in a vessel in which a small amount of noodle-loosening agent is uniformly applied to the boiled noodle. SOLUTION: A noodle-receiving pan 40 to which a piece of boiled noodle is thrown into is allowed to rotate, thereby, the noodle-loosening agent is sprayed several times while the boiled noodle is being stirred and the application efficiency is increased. In another embodiment, the noodle-receiving pans 40 are allowed to rotate by the rotary unit 30 in a rotary type along the boiled noodle cast-in position (A), the noodle-loosening agent-spraying position (B), (C) and the receiving pan-reversing position (D), as the pans are positioned and allowed to shift to the following position whereby the space of the apparatus 10 is save and the labor saving is attained. Further, a blade 402 and a projection 403 are formed on the inner face of the pan 40, thereby, the boiled noodle is forcibly stirred to increase the stirring efficiency in the pans. In addition, the mesh 401 is formed on the inner face of the receiving pan 40, the blade 402 and the projection 403 are mounted on the inner face, the rotation shaft 411 of the receiving pan 40 is inclined, thereby, the stirring efficiency of the boiled noodle is increased in the receiving pan. |
