PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tacky adhesive tape or sheet which has pliability and adequate tacky adhesive power in combination, is applied to the skin on the way of regeneration or the skin fragile to light (above all UV rays) such as photosensititivy or photoallergy, can heal the skin in the form of not leaving traces as far as possible and can adequately protect the skin against the stimuli from outside. SOLUTION: UV shielding particles of a silicate compound or titanium oxide, etc., having an average grain size of >=0.01 to <=20μm and a refractive index of >=1.3 are incorporated into a visible light transparent base material film consisting of a thermoplastic resin obtained by simultaneously subjecting an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer, polypropylene and ethylene propylene rubber to mixing and polymerizing in a vessel for reaction or a thermoplastic resin such as a urethane-acrylic hybrid resin.
