PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which enables maintaining of attractions to games for a longer period of time varying guiding actions of game balls with rotary drums arranged within variable scoring means. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine is provided with an open-close pawl which is opened to let game balls win prizes with the condition that a working means capable of detecting game balls detects game balls, rotary drums 21a and 21b which guide game balls winning prizes through the open-close pawl holding them with a permanent magnet 69 provided on the external surface thereof or near it and a special game state generation means which generates special game states advantageous for players with the condition that the game balls guided by the rotary drums 21a and 21b pass through specified regions 22e. For example, the rotary drums 21a and 21b are arranged in plurality in the direction of the rotating shaft extending horizontally and rotated individually in directions.
