PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iontophoresis instrument which is easily carried and compact and to and from which a different electrode can be freely and easily attached and detached and to which a plurality of different electrodes in various shapes can be adapted. SOLUTION: An iontophoresis power source device is incorporated into a main body, an indifferent electrode communicated with the iontophoresis power source device is exposed and formed on the surface of the main body, and the different electrode to be communicated with the iontophoresis power source device is installed attachably and detachably at the main body.
