PURPOSE: A bushing-type bearing unit is provided to produce in a low price and to remove defects caused by the contraction of a rubber spring. CONSTITUTION: A bushing-type bearing unit(1) is composed of having an outer ring(2), an inner support part(4) and rubber springs(5,6) interposed therebetween, wherein the outer ring is provided with concave parts(10,11) at least in connecting regions(8,9) of the rubber springs, preferably in a main load direction(7). The concave parts are provided with convex ends(12,13) which is located on the outline of the outer ring. A gap(X) between the top of the convex end and the outline of the outer ring is identical with the contracted dimension of the vulcanized rubber spring.
