PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purified soybean powder which is prepared without passing heat treatment and enables the preparation of soybean cards having smooth palatability or soybean cards prepared without removing soybean card refuse, and containing fiber and health-oriented. SOLUTION: Impurities are removed from natural soybeans, then the soybeans are subjected to a crushing treatment with a specific roller, and hulls and hypocotyls are removed from the crushed matter by sieving to collect only a seed leaf part. The seed leaf part is crushed by roller followed by sieving to obtain a soybean powder of 50-300 mesh. Byproducts in the soybean powder manufacturing are used as a feed raw material having high quality. The soybean card refuse generated in the soybean card production using the soybean powder can be effectively used as food or feed. |
