PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair removing device which can apply lotion on a user's skin without complex switch operations. SOLUTION: A treatment head 20 is provided with a hair-removal unit 30 for cutting or removing hair and an applicator 110 for applying lotion to a user's skin. The lotion is supplied to the applicator 110 from a tank 140, by a lotion supply mechanism when an actuator located in the treatment head has recognized that the treatment head is in a working state against the skin and actuates the lotion supply mechanism.
