PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple device for changing a fixed net in a short time. SOLUTION: This device has retaining rope 18 fixed at a predetermined position of a supporting element 10, a float 19 fixed at an intermediate part of the retaining rope, an automatic attaching/detaching device 20 fixed at the end of the retaining rope, a supporting rope 21 fixed at the upper end of a net main body and a retaining ring 22 fixed at the end of the supporting rope. The retaining rope is attached to or detached from the retaining ring by operating the automatic attaching/detaching device.
