PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical and inexpensive device for treating pet's droppings that is hygienic, does not stain the hand, is compact and convenient to carry. SOLUTION: This device for treating pet's droppings is constituted by forming a perforated for opening on the surface and the back of a pack case, housing a plastic treatment bag (2) by folding it in the pack case (3) having a bag shape and pulled out from the both faces, housing a sheet of paper (1) by folding it on the plastic treatment bag (2) and alternately overlapping the plastic treatment bags (2) and the sheets of paper (1).
