PURPOSE: A high speed input receiver for generating a pulse signal is provided to create the pulse signal corresponding to an input signal which is independent of a swing width of the input signal and rapidly operate without a precharge process during the sampling process of the input signal. CONSTITUTION: A high speed input receiver for generating a pulse signal includes a clocked sampled amplifier(105) for inputting an input signal received from outside when the main clock and a plurality of sampling clocks delayed by a predetermined period are a first state and a reference signal previously set and for outputting by amplifying and sampling the voltage difference between the input signal and the reference signal when the main clock and the sampling clock is shifted into a second state and a clocked pulse generator(110) with an output node connected between the power voltage and the ground voltage for precharging the output node to the power voltage when the sampling clock is the first state and for outputting by selectively pulling down the ground voltage to the level in response to the amplified signal when the sampling clock is the second state.
