PURPOSE: A language market in the cyber space is provided to make a language learner in a nation stably, continuously and actively converse with the native speakers regardless of time and space and to deepen the language learning. CONSTITUTION: A web server(112) provides a web service through the first terminal(101), the second terminal(102), and the Internet. An authentication server(111) authenticates the use of a service by checking the right to use of the terminal users connected to the web server(112). A chatting room management server(113) opens and closes a chatting room in the web server(112) at a predetermined time. A log server(114) records the opening and closing time of all the chatting rooms generated in the web server(112) and the connecting and disconnecting time of all the terminal users.
