PURPOSE: A health drink containing propolis is provided, thereby storing the health drink at room temperature for long time, and improving the human health. CONSTITUTION: A process for preparing a health drink containing propolis comprises the steps of: pulverizing pine leaves with a pulverizer; inserting 14 wt.% of a propolis crude solution, 81 wt.% of honey syrup, and 5 wt.% of pulverized pine leaves into a mixer and mixing them together; and adding water into the mixture thereof and mixing them, wherein the amount of water added is 20 liter per 3.7 kg of the mixture.
