PURPOSE: A phase splitter circuit is provided, which removes skew by constituting circuits to generate output signals of the phase splitter circuit in the same manner and by constituting the circuit in the form of a source follower for phase shift, to compensate skew according to a semiconductor fabrication process or a power supply voltage and a surrounding temperature. CONSTITUTION: The first phase control unit(10) outputs an output clock(MClk) having the same phase as an input clock(InClk) by inverting the input clock. The first current control unit controls a current of the first phase control unit. The second phase control unit(20) outputs an output clock(MClkb) having an out-of phase with the input clock by inverting the input clock. The second current control unit controls a current of the second phase control unit. And cross-coupled inverter units(U8,U9,U11) equalizes a rising time and a falling time of the output clock of the first and the second phase control unit.
