PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a reporting system easy to maintain by a method giving little influence to existent environment. SOLUTION: A monitoring signal is inputted from monitoring equipment 1 or a monitoring tool 2 to a reporting device 3. Reporting software 4 has a contact state monitoring part 40 for monitoring the state of the contact of a contact input device 22, a command analysis part 41 for analyzing a command generated from the monitoring tool 2, an information obtaining part 42 for obtaining information required for command execution, a program execution part 43 for executing the command, a message output part 44 for reporting to a fixed destination by a fixed means for reporting by using a telephone line 9 and an electronic mail system 11. Furthermore, the software has user information 46, group information 47, report content information 48, schedule information 49 and contact information 50. |
