PURPOSE: Provided is a tray for applying fluorine to teeth which is closely attached to the gum, whereby it is used regardless of the condition of the teeth, and maintains effect of the fluoride filler for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION: The tray for applying fluorine to teeth includes an outer cover(1), an inner layer(2) and a fluoride filler(4) formed of a fluff(3) impregnated with a fluoride solution, antiseptic solution and a bleaching agent. When the tray is fixed over the teeth so that the fluoride filler(4) may surround the teeth, the fluoride filler comes in contact with the teeth, thereby providing curing effect. Also, the inner layer(2) comprises a porous layer having a plurality of micropores. The fluoride filler(4) reaches the teeth through the micropores of the porous layer.
