SOLUTION: The incentive award providing device 1 provides incentive award for the information provider as a fee for the knowledge information provided from a terminal of the information provider, and it is provided with an information providing means 5 with which the information provider provides the knowledge information, a circulation means 3, 11 which circulates the knowledge information among the information receivers, an information value estimate means 19 which estimates the value of the circulated knowledge information, and an incentive award providing means 7, 11, 17, 21 which provides the information provider with awards appropriate to the estimation. |
