PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely grasp the progress of job processes and to facilitate project management. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a mark distribution registration part 3 which affixes points according to importance to each of respective job items for registering it, a shifting condition registration part 4 which sets points being a threshold to each job process as a shifting permission condition between the respective job processes for registering it, and shifting permission judging part 5 which compares the integrated value of the point obtained at each accomplishment of a job item in the job process in execution with the threshold value at the job process to judge whether movement to the next job process is permitted or not and which permits shifting when the integrated value is over the threshold.
