PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load driver that can be used as a high side driver and a low side driver and suitable for a system where the high side driver and the low side driver are intermingled. SOLUTION: The load driver is configured to comprise a driver 2, pre-driver 4, charge pump 5 comprising an oscillator 5 and a booster circuit 7, an input circuit 8, and a mode changeover section 9, and the driver 2 and the pre-driver 4 are configured to drive one semiconductor switching element that has a high side driver means for controlling supply of power between a power supply 1 and an upper-stream of a load 3 and a low side driver means for controlling supply of power between a lower-stream of the load 3 and ground. |
