<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dicing jig on which a work is placed, without warping the work or causing its positional deviation, until the dicing work ends with the work mounted. SOLUTION: The jig comprises a work retainer 27 for retaining a part of a circuit board 2 with retainer members 31 facing an opening 30, in the condition of the circuit board 2 mounted on the jig body 5a being exposed through the opening 30 and positioning pins 28 for positioning and mounting the work retainer members 27, from above on the circuit board 2 mounted on the jig body 5a.</p> |
