PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and the inductance of a power converter. SOLUTION: The positive conductors and the negative conductors of input terminals electrically connected with a semiconductor device are electrically isolated from each other and stacked. Boards mounted with the input terminals, output terminals, and semiconductor devices in layered structure are placed in a checkered pattern in a case. The semiconductor devices, the input terminals, and the output terminals mounted on the boards are electrically connected so that an annular electrical path is formed on conductive members. |
