PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for an electronic apparatus, capable of collecting apparatus management information about the electronic apparatus to quickly and simply take suitable actions by using a portable terminal, such as a mobile telephone system to which almost people presently subscribe without newly introducing a network environment, even if it is difficult to install and manage the electronic apparatus in a network environment. SOLUTION: Digital image processing composite machines A and B, each has a machine-side communication control section 30 for making a communication with one of portable terminals 1, 2 and 3. Upon receiving a request for machine management information of the machine body from one of the terminals 1, 2 and 3, the section 30 identifies the terminals 1, 2 and 3 on the basis of a terminal information management section 33, and transmits the machine management information of a level according to each of the terminals 1, 2 and 3 from a information management table 10. |
