<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CDMA receiver that can considerably enhance the demodulation characteristic by enhancing tentative discrimination processing accuracy in a first stage and enhancing tentative decision processing accuracy of first, second and succeeding stages and replica signal generating accuracy. SOLUTION: The CDMA receiver mounted with a multi-stage type interference canceller of this invention is provided with a first stage 1 that subtracts a likelihood attached interference replica signal of a physical channel with lower processing order than that of a physical channel under processing from a received signal or a residual signal in the unit of physical channels as an interference eliminating stage, uses the subtraction result to generate a symbol replica and an interference replica signal and subtracts the interference replica signal generated from the received signal or the residual signal to output an updated residual signal.</p> |
