PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strongly dielectrically couple three adjacent dielectric resonators together in a dielectric block without increasing the size of the block as a whole. SOLUTION: In the dielectric block 1, a plurality of internal conductor forming holes 2a, 2b, and 2c having internal conductors formed on their internal surfaces are provided. The short-circuiting end side of at least one 2b of the holes 2a, 2b, and 2c is divided into two holes 2b' and 2b" and, at the same time, the holes 2b' and 2b" are respectively brought nearer to the short-circuiting end sides of the other holes 2a and 2c.
