METHOD FOR FABRICATING ONE-DIRECTIONAL LEAD FRAME

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating one-directional lead frame is provided to improve a degree of integration of a lead frame produced from a thin film material by reducing width of the thin film material. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of outer leads(44) and a plurality of pad portions(42) are formed on a continuously supplied thin film material. The plural pad portions(42) are formed on both end portions of the continuously supplied thin film material(30). The outer leads(44) are formed on a center portion between the both end portions of the continuously supplied thin film material(30). The end portion is thicker than the center portion of the continuously supplied thin film(30). The pad portions(42) faces to each other since the pad portions(42) are formed on both sides of the outer leads(44).
