PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery in which cycle performance and discharging capacity is improved. SOLUTION: The non-aqueous electrolyte battery comprises a negative pole 8, a positive pole 5, a non-aqueous electrolyte layer 9 held between the poles 8 and 5, and a cladding 1 having an air hole 13 for taking oxygen or oxygen compound into the positive pole 5. A material containing a non-aqueous electrolyte in which carbon dioxide is dissolved is used as the non-aqueous electrolyte. The negative pole that has power for radiating lithium ion is preferable for the battery for realizing a large capacity battery. |
