PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mathematically stipulate a future predictable phenomenon and to mathematically determine the appearing form of the phenomenon in the future as a significant unique appearing form. SOLUTION: In a future phenomenon prediction method, when a plurality of numerical data obtained by quantitatively measuring the appearing forms from the past to the present of a prescribed phenomenon according to a time sequence follows a mathematic central-limit theorem, a plurality of random number models for which basic statistics such as the expectation value of a population composed of a plurality of the data, dispersion and a standard deviation are practically the same as a plurality of the numerical data are calculated. Among a plurality of the calculated random number models, a specified random number model whose correlation with a plurality of the numerical data is maximum is set. By the prescribed random number model, a mathematical expectation value is calculated and the appearing form in the future of the prescribed phenomenon is predicted. |
