Apparatus to give immunological doses to samples for analysis, automatically, has a system to control the step-by-step movements of modules (100) of vessels containing set volumes of serum and analyte, is new. The modules are moved in succession, in the same direction, along parallel paths (V1-V4) of a conveyor circuit (20) in a cyclic and synchronized movement, with a drive at each path of coupled heated combs (200). A regeneration circuit replenishes the suction and distribution units. The scanner has a photomultiplier (50a) with a protective mask.
