The drinks can has a conventional ring-pull opening system, but the ring pull (4) contains a concave molded section (7). After opening, the ring-pull can be swiveled about the rivet (2) and the molding pressed into the pouring aperture (1) to seal it. Independent claims are included for: (a) a method for opening and closing a drinks can using the closure; and (b) the ring-pull.
