PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a dual band antenna so as to be able to tune to two desired frequencies. SOLUTION: An L-shaped antenna element having an electric length of λ01 /4 is formed by a continuity pattern 1a1 and a frame 1a2 , and at the same time an L-shaped antenna element having electric length of λ02 /4 is formed by a continuity pattern 1b1 and a frame 1b2 . On the other hand, the output end of an exciter 5 is subjected to electrostatic capacitive coupling (c1 and c2 ) to each opening end of the two L-shaped antennal elements. Additionally, one portion of the exciter 5 is connected and opposed to the ground 2 for forming a ground opposition section 5c. The shape and dimensions of the ground opposition section 5c are changed for adjustment, thus controlling the two tuning frequencies of the dual band antenna. |
