PURPOSE: Provided is a method for processing dried croaker containing natural materials selected from the group consisting of green tea, mulberry leaves, ginkgo leaves, ginseng, red ginseng, black tea, licorice roots, mushrooms and the like, and optionally quartz porphyry or germanium. Therefore, the dried croaker has improved palatability and no fishy smell. CONSTITUTION: The method for processing dried croaker comprises the steps of: extracting natural materials selected from the group of green tea, mulberry leaves, ginkgo leaves, ginseng, red ginseng, black tea, licorice roots, Schisandra chinensis, Lycium Chinese Mill., Acanthopanax sessiliflorus (Rupr. et Max) Seemen, Angelica gigas Nakai, Astragalus membranaceus, Ganoderma lucodum (Leyss, exfr) Karst, Phellinus Linteus, Panax Ginseng CA Mayer and Cordyceps militaris; dipping a croaker in the extract or salting a croaker in the extract added with salts; and washing and drying the croaker then rapidly freezing it. |
