PURPOSE: A rear wheelhouse unit-reinforcing structure of a coupe is provided to improve vertical rigidity by installing a horizontal reinforcing plate between a front gusset plate and a rear gusset plate and to efficiently cope with torsional stress. CONSTITUTION: In a rear wheelhouse unit-reinforcing structure of a coupe equipped with a front gusset plate(4) and a rear gusset plate(5) welded on both sides of a wheelhouse cover(3) and the vertical surface and upper horizontal surface of a side panel(2), a reinforcing plate(6) is horizontally welded in the middle part between the front gusset plate and the rear gusset plate. In the reinforcing plate, a cross rail is formed in the middle part, upward bent-up flanges are formed at both end portions, and a circular incision unit is formed in the front side.
