PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for managing return of article of commerce for confirming an article label stuck on an article, and utilizing a radio frequency. SOLUTION: This article return management system is provided with the article label which is stuck on the article utilizing the radio frequency, an article label inquiry transmitter for acquiring identification information from the article label utilizing the radio frequency, and a computer for controlling the article label inquiry transmitter, identifying the article, recording the authentication of an operator for adding the article to the stock, and controlling a stock record for reflecting the record with the addition of the article to the stock. |
