PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable maintenance of high quality and a reduction of the number of a forming process with controlling generation of chemical stress crack. SOLUTION: This lens structure comprises a lens body 4 that has a flange 2 along its periphery and a seal leg 3 made of a transparent resin material, where the seal leg 3 is embedded in a sealing material 6, and that is mounted to a opening 7a of a lamp housing 7 so as to cover the opened outer periphery at the flange 2, and a transparent protective layer 5 formed by laminating on the outer surface of the lens body 4. The lens body 4 is molded by injection molding. A gate mark 9 of the injection molding is formed at a laminating portion between the transparent protective layer 5 and the outer surface of the lens body 4. As the gate mark 9 is covered with the transparent protective layer 5 and protected thereby, a injection molding 1a can be used as the lens structure 1 as it is. |
