PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to reduce communication volume of contents to be received by a portable terminal in accordance with users intention. SOLUTION: The portable terminal is provided with a first step which accepts a request for deletion of partial element of the above contents and transmits it to the contents conversion means, and a second means which registers the content of the request for deletion received from the portable terminal in the above content conversion means by portable terminals, deletes responding to the content delivery request after the registration, the partial elements of the contents corresponding to the registered content of the request for deletion, and delivers the deletion to the portable terminal requesting the delivery.
