PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which shortens an unnecessary correction processing time and realizes high-precision image analysis. SOLUTION: It is decided (step S12) whether a rotational angle needs to be decided (corrected) by using a photographing device and a photography position; when it is decided that the rotational angle needs to be decided (corrected) ('YES' in a step S12), a rotational angle needed for the correction is calculated (step S14); and conversion is performed (step S15), so that the image is put back by the amount corresponding to the rotational angle calculated; and the image generated by the conversion is analyzed (step S13) and used for image processing (step S16).
