PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air craft operation management support system for supporting the safety operation of a small air craft such as a helicopter. SOLUTION: The air craft operation management support system 11 includes operation management equipment 21 installed on the ground and a navigation supporting device 52 mounted on an emergency helicopter 51 and capable of communicating between with the equipment 21. The equipment 21 has an area information storage device 24 for storing area information on prescribed areas fixed information, generates picture data on a surrounding image showing the surrounding situation of the helicopter 51 based on the air craft information of the helicopter 51 transmitted from the device 52 and the area information, and transmits the image data to the device 52. The device 52 displays the image data sent from the equipment 21 on an on-board information device 54 based on the air craft information.
