SOLUTION: A reservation management system, when providing a specific service for a customer, manages the reservation state of the customer, is equipped with a store terminal 3 which is connected to a terminal 1 that the customer has through a network 2 and manages the reservation state of the customer and this store terminal 3 has a customer selecting function of storing personal information on the customer including information regarding the address of the terminal 1 of the customer and information regarding a customer' s visit to the store and selecting a specific customer according to information regarding a specific reservation limits and information regarding the visit to the store in the personal data when the reservation limits have vacancy and a free information providing function of sending information regarding the vacant reservation limits to the terminal of the selected customer.</p> |
