SOLUTION: A system for placing and receiving construction orders has an order condition receiving means 11 of receiving a client's construction order conditions, and a design proposal receiving means 12 of receiving a contractor's design proposal. In addition, the system also has an estimate receiving means 13 and 14 of receiving a contractor's structural components or construction estimate, and a data sending means 15 of sending request data corresponding to receiving of a sending request of a client or contractor. |
