PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem that a monitoring and controlling program is individually required for electric stations or facilities in an electric power system such as transforming stations, etc., having different number of status information IDI of an object to be monitored and is not completely executed when a range of the object to be monitored is extended and modified.
